  • Due to the nature of our fresh, homemade products, cancellations may not be possible once your order is confirmed and production has begun. We recommend checking our estimated processing timeframes before placing your order.
  • However, you can still reach out to our support team as soon as possible through our support page to inquire about cancellation possibilities. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee approval.


  • We accept returns only if the product meets the following criteria:
    • Unopened and undamaged: The product must be in its original packaging, with seals and labels intact.
    • Unused: The product must not have been consumed or tampered with in any way.
    • Medical reasons: If you experience a medical issue attributed to consuming our product, please contact our support team immediately. We may require additional information or documentation to process your return.

Return Procedures:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our support team through our support page within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and further instructions on how to return the product.
  • Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product and confirm it meets our return criteria, we will process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
